I have used Safenet since 1999. When I moved to a newer house I used Safenet again . I have found Stuart to be very knowledgeable in the home security issues of the day. I have used them for several upgrades to my home security. The systems they use are the most up-to-date and very reliable. I have used Stuart to install the CCTV in my house, I was very impressed with the neatness of his team in installing the system as the wiring was installed so neatly. It was reassuring when you see the van arriving with the NSAI approval on the side because it means you are dealing with a professional company. Throughout the years I have known Stuart he has always provided a smart and very reliable service. I have recommended Safenet to friends and family and even my boss who were all very happy with the workmanship. To sum up Safenet you would have to say they are very professional, neat and tidy. Their service is second to none and most important is when they give you an arrival time – they always show up on time.

I recently purchased a new house. I called a few alarm companies. Safenet was not the cheapest or the most expensive but I felt reassured that I would get a quality alarm and install after talking to Stuart. I got a quote for an alarm install in my new home and my Mom’s home that had an old, outdated system. My Mom’s alarm was installed first. Martin did the install. He was very professional and did a quality install. My Mom has had work performed over the years and is rarely impressed as she has high standards. She was very pleased with the job Martin did. He kept her involved with the install. She felt she had the alarm installed exactly as she wanted it to be. She had nothing but praise for the work performed. She had an issue with the alarms shortly after install. I stopped by to see if i could help. I couldn’t so I called Stuart. I did a few checks while on the phone with him. He determined there was a faulty sensor. He came over the next morning, a Saturday morning, and replaced the sensor. Very impressed with the quick response. My alarm was installed again by Martin shortly after and he did the same quality install as he did in my Moms home. I want things done right and I appreciate when craftsmen take the time to do it right. Martin is a perfectionist. He installed the alarm to my high standards, which is not easy to do and even cleaned up as he worked. Very pleased with the install. The bell box on the front of my new home says Safenet. It has the number to call when service is needed. I have called it once and was very happy with the service and quick response I received. Living in a new development, I am regularly asked about my experiences. I have nothing but positive things to say about Safenet and highly recommend them
